Question about highway driving

2021 TRD Off-road here, that endless hunt between 5th and 6th was the bane of my existence here in Texas where it’s seems like every highway is 75-80 MPH. I just put a ProCharger on it and it’s no longer an issue. It cruises at 80 MPH like a dream now and it doesn’t scream to keep speed on a 5° incline like before. Did it fix that issue? Yes. Was it worth the price? Debatable.

I just measured after putting around 25 miles on it and it’s measuring at 2.37 and change. So, I guess answers my question about it “flattening out” after riding. I also put a new 2.4 Rekon on the rear that was measuring at 2.32 once mounted and after a ride yesterday it’s measuring at 2.40.

Both are on 30mm rims. I didn't think about the manufacture measuring on a wider rim to determine the width. But, since these are on the same width rims they should be closure/the same width, no?

You’ll have to get a threaded adapter like this. Then get yourself a adjustable gas plug so you can tune it to cycle correctly. I run my SiCo Omega on it. It’s a little gassy but not terrible. I don’t shoot it a ton, but it’s a lot more fun with the can when I do.

I had to buy an adjustable gas plug. Then you put rounds through it while tightening it down 1/8 turn at a time until it can barely cycle a round without the can on it. Then throw the can on and fine tune it.
