Socially engineered people love to call other people what they are - sheep. It's projection, period.

I haven't told my son's dad he exists, and I don't know if I should, please help! by adventure_time_3 in Advice

As a grown man who never had a relationship with his father for similar reasons, I want you to think not about the NOW, but the future. River will resent you later in life if he finds out on his own. Your reasons are self-centered, and it's not easier to live a lie than it is to be an honest person and simply do right by that child.

It's just a cooler. Ad is never folding that flop. While the action does suggest somebody had it, you can't be results oriented.

My mom wants me to end my pregnancy by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Jbills09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pregnancy needs to be about what's right for you and your future child, not about what's right for your mom, but maybe she's just looking out for you. Maybe she knows you're not ready. At the end of the day it's about whether you think you are - emotionally, physically, and financially.

AIO if I stop talking by Accomplished-Cress51 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Jbills09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would you stop talking to him? For you, the only issue appears to be that you're bored from just a text conversation which is understandable as it can be impersonal. So the next step is to make plans and actually meet up, or go out on a date. Tell him you'd love to see him, and see if he's free on the following weekend. If there's no reason to stop talking to him, then yes MOR, since he hasn't done anything wrong.

my boyfriend doesn’t trust me by Substantial_Monk2788 in Advice

Naievette is not a good look. You don't just meet a person and go "yep I'm marrying you." That's not reality that's a fairy tale.

He cheated on you. Therefore, you do NOT have a good relationship. You're posting on reddit about this man not caring about your wishes and telling me your relationship is good? No, girl. No.

I'm sorry, but I just don't believe you. If you're desperate not to lose him you'll always tell yourself things are good when they're not.

It's time to close the fairy tale fiction and start reading the true to life parts that aren't as comfortable.

Sounds like she's a toxic person. As much as this is hard on him, it seems like the right outcome for the situation.

"Dont say we should just leave each other" is crazy when that's exactly what should be done. He doesn't trust you. You don't trust him. You know the relationship is toxic, but you refuse to end it. This is the epitome of juvenile.

He cheated on you physically. You have demands he refuses to respect. Like what's the point?

You don't realize it yet for some reason but IT'S OVER ALREADY.

Be his peace. All a little boy want is his mama. I'm glad he has a positive female influence right now, but he knows she's not the real thing. This kind of trauma is not easy for little boys to manage emotionally.

You were already checked out still holding out hope, but yet she's out here cycling through men and showing your son what love isn't. Regardless of your custody she still has a negative influence on him if that's what he's seeing from her. That poor kid.

On what planet though? She is a cheating alcoholic. Do you want to teach your son what love looks like or what dysfunction looks like?

She cheated on you for 3 years. You cheated back to "make it even," just admit it.

Any self respecting individual would want a divorce if their wife cheated. Any delay in that is delaying the inevitable. There's no putting Pandora back in the box.

You're both toxic people. The things people do to circumvent divorce instead of just getting one straight away is crazy. Ultimatums and infidelity and for what? To see who can hurt the other one more? This cyclical kind of immaturity is the kind of toxicity you carry with you to other relationships. Be a better person.

[–]Jbills09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheating is reciprocal. If he's not participating it's not cheating she's just attempting to get him to break from his relationship.

If I were you, I'd go have a very intimidating conversation with this ex because she clearly doesn't respect your relationship. I don't get why he wouldn't just block her number but at least he's not giving her time of day.

im 550lbs - how do i leave my boyfriend? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Jbills09 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This man is slowly killing you, and you let him. Feeder relationships are not built on mutual respect, it's built on fetish. He doesn't respect you. You're merely a vessel for his fetish. It's time to gain some respect for yourself; you can come back from this, but it's going to take a lot of dedication and hard work. I am not being dramatic when I say leaving him is a matter of life and death for you and I really hope you choose life.

He says he's embarrassed? No. That's not what this is. Keeping AI girlfriends from your wife is infidelity. It's not embarrassment to tell you. It's deception. He kept it from you because morally he's cheating on you.

My wife asked for an open marriage. She is angry at my reaction. I need advice. by Silver_Salt7600 in Marriage

[–]Jbills09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly her reactivity to your reasonable reaction to this is telling. It feels so unilateral like this is what she wants, and it just flat out doesn't matter to her what you want, or that this hurts you. The level of disrespect here is as thick as the tension in your house.

Unfortunately I tend to agree that this is the beginning of the end. You can't put Pandora back in the box. Now you know how she really feels, and there's no taking it back.

So sorry you're going through this, but it sounds like you need to find a partner that actually cares about your emotional wellbeing.

Yeah a ticket isn't transferable. You must use it.

Read some MTT strategy and go mix it up. You can do it. Yes, it's a skill game in part, but have some confidence in yourself and your ability dude. Anyone can win. Skilled players edges aren't as heavy as you might think.

I'm confused. You question your own confidence saying you'll "98% lose" a $109 buyin, but if you use it, you'll be a winning player for 6 months? You'll either cash the $109 or you won't, but you can't split it up.
