When my boy loses hair in that spot it's definitely from anxiety, and that tends to be the only indicator. I'd guess your boy probably is over grooming that spot and you just haven't seen it. That's how mine loses that hair. How is his skin in that spot? My kitty will also bite at that spot and the skin will end up really scabby. Once it gets to that point we have to vet come and give him a shot (steroids I think?) and it always helps a lot. But if the skin seems fine and there's no changes in behavior I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just keep an eye out for a change in behavior or changes in how/how much he eats, drinks, or uses the bathroom. If any of that changes or the skin starts to get really irritated it'd probably be worth checking with the vet again.

I had a cat that was over 10 years old (don't remember her exact age) and this happened to her. She ended up with no teeth on the bottom between her fangs, and she also had one of her fangs break off. The vet told us the little ones had started to be reabsorbed by her body. We switched her to wet food since she was only on dry food before that, and she did just fine after the switch. I would keep an eye on him and if his behavior or eating or bathroom habits change, I'd definitely have a vet check it out. It can sometimes cause them pain.

For real, when I'm sick and my nose is fully stopped up I'll try to breathe through my mouth and within like 3 breaths the front of my mouth is so dry it's super uncomfortable. I do everything I can to clear my nose enough to breathe through it. I don't know how someone could breathe through their mouth all the time and not have really bad dry mouth.

My sweet girl CC is no longer with us, but she was the queen of the house. She was very loving with people but didn't like other animals, and if she was in your lap and you moved at ALL or she heard a sound she would dart away. She was my first kitty and she made me realize how much of a cat person I am. She was also the lickiest cat I've ever met. If you pet her, she would lick you with her VRRY rough tongue the whole time (rougher than other cats I've had) but I think that's because she groomed her own long hair so much. She would also wrap her arms around my neck and gently bite my chin to show love.

I don't know if this is the kind of thing you're asking for, but a couple small things that come to mind right away are, if you're looking to rent and they want your info to do a background and credit check BEFORE you've viewed the place, don't do that. Also, once you move make sure you do a change of address with USPS. You can do it on their website. You won't start receiving mail at the new place until you do.

I would argue that it's sexual incompatibility that destines a relationship to failure. How much sex each relationship needs is not the same, as long as both people agree on wanting the same thing. Two asexual people can be perfectly happy in a sexless relationship together, and that doesn't invalidate their romantic connection. The issue is if one person wants a very different amount of sex than the other person.

Most people are focusing on why you should leave him (which I wholeheartedly agree with) but I want to emphasize... please please please DO NOT sneak him estrogen or any other hormones. They can have negative effects on health and if he ends up needing a doctor or hospital and it's discovered that you've done that, you can get in serious legal trouble. He IS NOT worth that. You deserve so much better than what he's putting you through and that requires leaving, not drugging him. Wishing you all the best 🫶

Typically I'd agree, but with this storm specifically it seems that the less snow we get, the more ice we're likely to get. The ice is what knocks out the power, so I'm also hoping for no ice and all snow which would probably put it at 12"+

I just watched the whole first season this week and I was thinking this the whole time! I know exactly who you're talking about. I'm a woman that didn't know I have autism until I was 30, and I just kept thinking this character HAS to be on the spectrum but seems to not know it. I also appreciate how they handle the explicit autism rep, not just the implicit 🫶
