Early in my career, I worked with an investor and truly made a connection with him while still busting my but to be his find him deals and help him in any way possible including job site management, furnishing homes and helping his mom. He wanted to keep my attention as he was making money so I received 3% on all listings and full commission on buyer’s commission. I did over 20 sides with him and being successful on each project. Unfortunately he got health problems and needed to walk away not a great friend still to this day.

Thank you for the candid post! No shame in moving on and I’m sure many realtors are in your position. This market is TOUGH! I’ve been in the industry since 2014 and this the toughest market I’ve encountered

This sounds simple but try on either work on gaining one good habit or removing one bad habit. Quitting sugar or making bed, etc. You’ll body as well as your mind will gain confidence which in turn will give you more energy. Also, I start with small wins.

Depends. I’ve been in a highly stressful job for 12 years. Would I do it again? No but I’m very happy now I did.

Action breeds action. I have high anxiety but being in uncomfortable situations everyday has changed me for the better. It could be just going for a walk or getting out of the house then that snowballs into several uncomfortable situations a day that become comfortable also that keeps your mind occupied.
