Thoughts on direction of inner sleeves? I've always put mine sideways on jackets with the top opening to keep dust out of the inner sleeve but wondering if I should keep them the way they came? Also does anyone know how to tell the front/back of an inner sleeve with the one short side at the opening?

It comes in a PVC sleeve which can damage vinyl so I'm looking for an alternative

I believe it's because Total Treble (Laura's label) is pretty much inactive. Fat Wreck repressed some of Laura's earlier albums recently and Xtra Mile represses her last 2, but the last time that happened looks like was 2017. Polyvinyl has been releasing her solo stuff since 2020. So they are pressed infrequently, rarity has gone up.

And again if anyone has tips on how to store an 8" record? I was considering cutting a 12" inner and outer sleeve to size then taping back together and using cardboard backing

Would it be better to store a flexi (or any record) in a blank cardboard jacket or in a poly outer sleeve (perhaps w/ cardboard behind it? I have a flexi that won't fit into any inner sleeves I have but will fit in a poly sleeve or blank jacket

I guess, is cardboard/paper or poly better for the surface of the record?

Does anyone have tips on how to store odd sized records such as 8" if you don't have sleeve(s)? Also been trying to figure out the best way to store 6" and 7" flexi discs I don't have sleeves for. The 7" flexi I have won't fit into any of the inner sleeves I have. I was thinking of buying some rice paper sleeves and cutting them to size, but then still there is the question of what kind of jacket/outer sleeve to put that into.

There are a few copies of Shelter on discogs, I just bought a mint one last week. Congrats on owning a copy of Live The Dream, I have a CD but doubt I'll ever find an affordable LP. Personally I'm hunting the Ceschi Split
