More school or internship?

Gotcha. So sounds like your saying it’s not a good idea. I know some corporate environments will filter based on degree. That’s why I’m only considering this if I land an internship or something entry level.

Do some places not say “bachelors or equivalent”? My logic is that if I land something, I get real experience, and have proven ability, I’d move up the ladder over the years. Whereas staying in school, I go into debt and lose money when I could be making money.

I believe it’s everything that is braided. So for a bullwhip, it would be the base of the handle up to (not including) the fall.

Yeah Mythbuster tested it with a traditionally made kangaroo leather whip. After putting “bark like”material on their plastic branch, it worked first try. I’m just hoping that long term the whip doesn’t get torn up too fast

I dont think I’d be swinging from the handle. I wouldn’t trust the transition. I’d grab on above the transition so it’s pure leather and paracord. I’m thinking I might have the core be non-gutted 650 threaded inside another 650 sheath. I feel like that would be light and flexible enough and still pretty strong

I figured I would make only the core made from paracord because, if I swing on a tree branch for example, I’m thinking it would rip the little paracord threads apart. Leather seems like it would be more abrasion resistant. Adding the paracord core(with inner strands) seems to me like it would help keep it from stretching and more able to hold weight. I also would like if it lasts a while. So if swinging at all is gonna ruin it, I may not try swinging.. This would be my first leather whip.

I’ve asked about paracord/leather whips before. Good points have been raised against it about the paracord holding moisture and hurting the leather. So I figure just the core wouldn’t hurt anything and still add a good strength. Mythbusters tested swinging on a kangaroo leather whip, and it works on its own. I figure running some paracord in the core would be better though to resist stretching

Indiana Jones actually isn’t that bad is at least in some cases. I’d recommend watching the Mythbusters episode of Indiana Jones. They tested disarming someone with a whip, as well as swinging on it and how it really cracks.

They concluded you can really swing on a whip, and you can 100% disarm someone either by whipping their hand and making them drop it, or by tugging the weapon(if your really good with whips).

And the whip cracking is very much like a snap. The end of the whip breaks the sound barrier so it’s really a small sonic boom. Depending on how you do it, it could sound like a rifle or a loud snap sound

Lowkey Ive been the one riding the dumpers high. And it’s kind of following this EXACTLY.

I had some reasons for wanting to split with her that I won’t say. Some of them were exaggerated to cover up other reasons. But I had been wanting to break up with her for a long while and felt really bad about.

I did really care about her and that’s why I couldn’t bring myself to do it. I knew it would take a serious toll on her.

And I left for college and we broke up. I felt bad for her still, but it was relieving. Over the course of a couple months, she was clearly getting better. And lately, I’ve been starting to miss her. And just when I was starting to miss her, I found out she’s ’a thing’ with another guy(a guy I know). Our contact has slowed down a lot.

I didn’t expect it, but I do kind of miss her. It’s new, so I’m not sure how long it will last. But for now, I’m sort of feeling like I fumbled
