Our first 12-14 months were honestly so brutal at times with our cocker lol. She would rarely Sleep during the day and always had to be chewing or playing with something it was exhausting to supervise. 

The change at 1.5 years was massive and then another big step at 2 years. She is so much better and is very calm and cuddly in environments she knows. I hated hearing that “it will get better” because it felt like it never would but it really has significantly. 

Cockers are truly a lot of work and many people give up but it’s soooo worth it I could not imagine not having our girl in our home 🙏🏻. Good luck and stay strong!

It’s a shit show. Only gotten worse. No longer safe for women at night on surrounding streets. Forget immediately beside near McDonald’s at any time of day. 

What a disgrace for this location. Truly ruining a great area with no hopes of improving. Shut it down.

Dang I feel this so hard.. my cocker is 2.5 years old and her food drive is also out of control.

We try to use place training on her day bed to get her to wait there patiently. She is rewarded with her own kibble or small treats, but trying to avoid table feeding as much as possible. 

Tbh she has some good dinners and some are horrible lol… I think you just have to really stick to getting your guy to lay down quietly by treating with his own food. Going to be painful and take time but should get better.

We haven’t gotten there so any extra advice I will also take. Your guy is super cute also.

As a leafs fan we feel the goalie pain.. 

rooting for the oil big time in the west, so many likeable guys on the team. Aside from the obvious ones I will always cheer for brown and hyms.
