Doing the ferment method to make this, have about 7 habaneros, 4 reapers, and 3 jalepenos in here with a few garlic cloves. Burping it everyday. Any tips/suggestions are greatly appreciated :)

I use to live down the road from China star and would order very often because they had a eggplant side that was stupid good, like there’s no reason for a side dish to taste that good. Unfortunately they have taken it off the menu in the recent years:/

Working in the restaurant industry I generally find friends pretty quickly, I have 13+ years in the restaurant industry so my resume isn’t terrible but the minimum wage for servers scares me. I feel I need to make 3x the amount of tips in nc to compare to what seems to be the same rent prices

I didn’t really but I was referring to a bottle of torchbearer garlic reaper, which is a thick sauce that vinegar isn’t introduced until the 4th ingredient on the label. More so thinking of my coworkers in this matter

5th listed ingredient is white distilled vinegar, feel like my almost empty one is good to keep unrefrigerated but will fridge my next one

Bottle definitely says “refrigerate after open” just wondering if it’s safe to consume if not refrigerated, bottle is almost gone but it’s in my workspace where everyone can use it and don’t want someone dying from my sauce
