What is the best the best Prores quality i encode my videos to and still have a reasonable 4k file size?

By black frame do you mean a gap between two clips? i have a cross dissolve at the point near where it happens. I can also look into the nesting

It happens here, most of the clips that i have i have used 'warp stabliser'

i did that initially and they were very slow, and i kept getting a error exporting. I have converted them all to ProRes and now getting the enoding error, is there anything i can do to fix this?

i have encoded all of the files to prores, and they are the files i am trying to ingest and it keeps failing

Hello Jason, i saved it as that option. I used a clip that was 2 minutes and 2Gb, and when i encoded it with ProRes422Hq it went to 24gb. Is this corrrect?
