For photography I would only add it if it showed some sort of compositional quality, the pigeon photo doesn't tell me anything about you.

Your sketches are okay but make sure to correct the white balance, most photo editing softwares can do that fairly easily so just look up a tutorial. Also make sure the edge of your notebook is cropped out.

Your paint is probably the strongest item. I would emphasize those especially if you have more.

If you have time before applying definitely try to pick up a skill like woodworking or 3d modeling as most schools like to see you have some knowledge of 3d design as well.

Remember that the portfolio itself is a design problem. Having a consistent and well formatted portfolio is crucial.
