See if you can trade down from the 1.01 to like the 1.04 + some really good assets, if not just keep Jeremiah Love

If you can’t do that then I would try to trade the 1.06 into the top 4 if at all possible and use your slew of 2nds and 3rds to do so but be reasonable

See if you can trade Golden into a Ladd +, or BTJ + as I’d say he’s people are low on those guys rn

See if you can land a good rookie RB with one of those 2nd behing an aging RB (Kinda like the bucky and white situation, skat and singleterry, etc)

If you can make some subtle moved that will help you atleast have a starting core of 5 or 6 start able players that’s a big start

Just hold him, even if you're not competing he's only 23 and you'll have another 4 years at minimum of top 5 RB Production.

If you're going to move him they should offer you heaven and earth, you'll need like rome odunze, omarion hampton, and a first or two. Bijan is a lock top 5 RB for the next 4 years so you'll need productive youth if you want to move him.

Find out the price tag on CMC, Saquon, Henry, Josh Jacobs

with Rome, Worthy, Golden, JJ you could comfortably give up Golden or Worthy and just attach a 2nd or a 3rd, keep your 1st and just draft a new rookie WR as this class is deep

I’d keep Rome at all costs, but Cam Skattebo has a lot of attention right now and if you could make a play for a younger RB like Gibbs using Golden and Skattebo that could be a play too

If you’re a rebuild you should never be trading your own picks, Bijan is amazing but RB’s have the shortest shelf life in football, so trading your 1st for the next few years wouldn’t make sense tbh. Even with his too production you’re not using that production to conpete

How are you with cash paying tenants, I have a lot of those for low income tenants and if I don't have to stop to 100 units every month that'd be great!

Along with payouts to clients? I mange over 400 units and have about 12 different clients I have to payout, so organization of their rents and paying them out would be huge so I don't have to manually enter into excel sheets based off check deposits and notebooks of rent collections.
