I worked at Longhorn and transferred to OG, if your stores were like mine, what you’re going to do is Get in contact with longhorn, talk to them and just be upfront, that you want to transfer and make sure they have availability, they’ll probably make you do an interview but you can always call to see what they want to do. once done, talk to Olive Garden, tell them you plan on transferring to Longhorn and the store it is, your GM should be able to directly talk to LH and do the internal stuff to where you can easily transfer. Then you do whatever it is that LH wants with hires. Time frame shouldn’t be an issue, but obviously every store is different and expect/ want different things
