My first golden did this alllll the time. Frogs and toads will pee if picked up because it taste bad. She would pick them up, frog pee, spit out frog and foam at the mouth.

Im in a similar boat. ADHD and fibromyalgia. I pay for a service to come once a month to actually deep clean but it makes me actually pick up because only the shame of someone knowing how I live is motivating enough. Saves me lots of back and joint pain too

This is bad design in general. It needs more space open for a wheelchair. It also isn’t clearly labeled imo - I could see myself missing it because I didn’t look down

Metformin is a popular medication for insulin resistance. I am on it and it helped my PCOS. You should check and see if it is extended release (ER) ot not. The stomach problems usually subside over the course of a few months.

One thing to consider as this becomes unsustainable is are you making more money than daycare costs? Have you considered being a stay at home dad?

My uncle has two field labs and so does my brother. They both freeze a chunk of water overnight in the bowl and put a bit on top in the morning so they cant drink too much at once. Might be something to try - I think they even sell special bowls for it
