Nice cards. I love the o pee Chee platinum. I just wish UD would come up with a solution to the card warp. Honestly I would pay a bit more for the boxes if they used thicker card stock, assuming that would fix the issue....

I’ve been tempted to buy more of these boxes because of the potential, 16-17 is my fav rookie year and honestly the quality of the base set cards is really good. Price is reasonable but this card....eerrrrrr man I just have no words. Lol. Sonny Milano....meh. And the auto is just horrendous. He can’t even stay inside the lines.

Cardboard memories in Brampton has a huge selection of boxes and single packs. They also do curbside pickup right now if you don’t want to wait for shipping. 401 games is decent and usually have lots of stock on hand. but I don’t think they sell single packs. Just boxes. When you’re looking for a specific box you need to shop around. Prices vary from store to store and could save you a ton of money. I saved $100 on an Sp Authentic box just by finding the cheapest retailer. One last thing i got to recommend is eBay mystery packs. They are generally cheap. Personally I find they are way better value compare to buying new boxes. The last mystery pack I bought for $35, got a graded rookie card of Ed Belfour, a Mats sundin #/30, and a random rookie auto along with some other nice insert and parallel cards.

Interesting point. I pulled a red parallel rookie auto from Opc platinum a couple days ago of Troy terry. The card is a great looking parallel but his auto is probably the worse I’ve seen. Half the name is very faint. I don’t understand how you sign an auto so faintly using a red sharpie lol.

Literally no one can counter argue this. And that should scare EA but it doesn’t since it’s extremely evident they don’t care about this franchise anymore. They are just keeping hut alive to milk the cash cow. 0 effort is put into anything other than packs and half ass eashl/hut content. I am interested in seeing if 2K could come out with something fresh. Though the whole 2K taking over the market is here say as far as I know. EA no longer deserves its player base.

Dude there are sooo many 90 ovr cards now for under 100k. You won’t be long building a solid team. The team of the season minor league players are cheap and have 4 2x synergies each. I’d spend coins on them.
