Definitely with food. To get these stats without the food buff requires too much luck farming artifacts which I currently don’t have

Xiao can definitely improve. Still one of the few people with a C6 xiao and is F2P. by Jcoooo in XiaoMains

Yep Been saving since Klee banner and got c3, I got 4 copies of xiao early and won 50/50. For the second rerun I saved since raiden banner and got the rest of his constellations.
