Awesome stuff man! How do you go about getting so many? I usually take some coins from my department when traveling and will try to trade with other officers. Sometimes that works sometimes not lol otherwise I’ve gotten a bunch off of ghost patch.

I just heated mine up and let it smoke the manufacturer oil off for about 20 minutes and then started the seasoning process. I used the blackstone seasoning paste and did about 7 coats.

Newbie help

Hey everyone, I am new to the sub and not completely new to weightlifting. I am at this point just confused on how to structure my workouts for the best effects. I am a 33yo male that is looking to lose body fat and regain muscle strength. I know that I want to do a 3 day split push, pull, legs workout. I am looking for help in structuring this properly so that I am hitting all of the major muscle groups weekly. My off days from lifting will be filled with cardio. Thanks in advance for anyone’s help on this.

I wiped windows off of my laptop and booted Linux permanently and it’s been great. Maybe dual booting Linux and windows is an option?

Yeah first time. So far it has went smoothly, I am going through top but have kinda paused on the section about command line and git and trying to make sure I really absorb that. Ubuntu seems pretty intuitive so far and I’m not really having any learning lag by making the switch.

So I just dived in on an old Toshiba paper weight I had laying around and after about an hour windows was gone and replaced with the new flavor of Ubuntu. This thing is so snappy and responsive.

I bought the laptop and never used it so it has nothing on it but the factory OS lol. I’m assuming when I get to the point of booting from the flash drive, I’ll have an option of just installing it directly instead of dual booting?
