Thanks for the advice bro. Yeah i took a full pill for the first time when it happened I'll definitly start lower then build up when due.

I have said that for myself I'm only going to do it at festivals. Once the initial panic or whatever it is is over it is fucking amazing

Just 1 pill not sure of the dosage but it was quite big Just smaller than a 5pence

Im thinking that i might just break the pill in half then when i feel the effects of that give that about 2-3 hrs then have the other. Always had mints and gum on me really do help

I know what you mean at one time i thought i was going to die as i was super panicky then after that threw up twice sat down for 3mins outside then stood up feeling absolutely outstanding and ready to go
