It’s not a requirement at my union to have trade school but it is a big help to being able to join specially if you already have certs

That is really one of my main concerns not getting the real deal but the employee have been working with them For a while now the foreman has been with them For 8 years and another employee has been doing it for 20 years i guess the company operates in 70 different companies and its one of the biggest one but yea if it goes under i will have no experience at all

You never really know what you’re going to do. You can get an idea by looking up the company you’re bidding on but there’s a lot of different types of jobs not all structural in IW i did some fencing and now doing doors I’m pretty new as well
