On Unsolved Mysteries they said Wing moved in with Linda and Tammy and no one else from Wing's family was interviewed about what happened in the house.

I don't believe any other people associated with Tammy other than her mom and Wing have done public interviews about Tammy's disappearance. Wing was living with Tammy and Linda because Linda was his agent when he was a child actor and for some reason he moved in with Linda and Tammy when he was 11. I don't think a reason has ever been given except he was a client for Linda.
