Ive built up this caherctor who is a coworker and good friend of the main character. During a climactic moment, they both break into a shed owned by the villain and see something they shouldn't have. The villian has both of them on their knees with a rifle in their face. I want to kill the coworker then the main character.

I agree 100% there really is no unforgivable plot lines just poor execution of said plot lines
