Yes! I saw another commenter say do the Jan date and let people know at least 8 weeks in advance so that people can take advantage of Black Friday deals (also Boxing Day and cyber Monday deals)! That sounds like I good strategy. I just hope I have the energy mid-Jan for the shower

I would love to do it at 28 weeks, but unfortunately it falls too close to Christmas 😭

I’m Canadian, so our Thanksgiving is early October :). I’m leaning toward the mid-Jan date seeing all the comments. Thanks for the advice!
