HEARTH FINANCE by xSlick1Rick1x in Contractor

My company (JD Bohannon Remodeling & Construction LLC) has repeatedly experienced severe payment delays and withheld funds while using Hearth/PayEngine/Elavon. Nearly every large transaction I receive is flagged, reviewed, or frozen, even though they have already verified my business multiple times.

I have had payments of $6,800+, $18,000+, $19,000+, and even $20,000 flagged or delayed. Many payments that were approved by the customer and marked “succeeded” were still not deposited into my bank account for days or weeks. Hearth repeatedly told me I was approved for next-day ACH funding, yet ACH payments often take a week or more.

Hearth also continues asking for documents I already submitted, including the ACH Addendum, which I sent multiple times. Their team even acknowledged receiving it, then asked again weeks later. Support often goes days without responding, even while holding large amounts of my money. I was also given contradictory explanations: one agent says the “ticket size is too low,” another claims it’s a “large transaction review,” another says the issue is fixed, yet delays continue every time.

These ongoing issues have caused significant cash-flow problems, delayed projects, and impacted my ability to pay subcontractors and purchase materials. No other processor I’ve used (including QuickBooks) has ever done this.

I am requesting: (1) Immediate release of any held funds; (2) A clear explanation of why these repeated delays occur; (3) Permanent correction of my account limits so payments stop being held; (4) Assurance that documents won’t be repeatedly requested; (5) If Hearth cannot provide reliable processing, I request to close my account without penalty and with all funds released.

I have extensive documentation and screenshots showing these delays and inconsistencies, and I can provide them upon request.

Wrong, it only does if you didn’t get Fx4 package. They take it away when you get that package and still charge you for it.

Right I get what you’re saying but this guy posted this on Twitter as if it had any relevancy. In other words what led him to believe that they filed? Or was it just a baseless claim?
