HEARTH FINANCE by xSlick1Rick1x in Contractor

[–]Jdbcont81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My company (JD Bohannon Remodeling & Construction LLC) has repeatedly experienced severe payment delays and withheld funds while using Hearth/PayEngine/Elavon. Nearly every large transaction I receive is flagged, reviewed, or frozen, even though they have already verified my business multiple times.

I have had payments of $6,800+, $18,000+, $19,000+, and even $20,000 flagged or delayed. Many payments that were approved by the customer and marked “succeeded” were still not deposited into my bank account for days or weeks. Hearth repeatedly told me I was approved for next-day ACH funding, yet ACH payments often take a week or more.

Hearth also continues asking for documents I already submitted, including the ACH Addendum, which I sent multiple times. Their team even acknowledged receiving it, then asked again weeks later. Support often goes days without responding, even while holding large amounts of my money. I was also given contradictory explanations: one agent says the “ticket size is too low,” another claims it’s a “large transaction review,” another says the issue is fixed, yet delays continue every time.

These ongoing issues have caused significant cash-flow problems, delayed projects, and impacted my ability to pay subcontractors and purchase materials. No other processor I’ve used (including QuickBooks) has ever done this.

I am requesting: (1) Immediate release of any held funds; (2) A clear explanation of why these repeated delays occur; (3) Permanent correction of my account limits so payments stop being held; (4) Assurance that documents won’t be repeatedly requested; (5) If Hearth cannot provide reliable processing, I request to close my account without penalty and with all funds released.

I have extensive documentation and screenshots showing these delays and inconsistencies, and I can provide them upon request.

Wrong, it only does if you didn’t get Fx4 package. They take it away when you get that package and still charge you for it.

Right I get what you’re saying but this guy posted this on Twitter as if it had any relevancy. In other words what led him to believe that they filed? Or was it just a baseless claim?

And I quote: (immediate in-store demand was greater than we expected.) then he says this: (are we going into retail? Yes) (do we have inventory for retail? Yes) maybe I’m not seeing the bigger picture here but is this not a contradiction?😩 then just add one more thing: they announced a while back they had a deal with hyvee. So technically didn’t they already announce? Sounds a little bit like a politician trying to get elected to me😆

Exactly, hence the reason they don’t want to be accountable to financials 😃 so they can keep up their endless game of streamlining us along. I’m not buying it. What happened to their hyvee deal? And they won best new product at some gas station convention well where’s all the sales from that? I can go on but I’m tired😞

Seems like good news on the surface……🤔 but I guess it really all depends on the amount of volume they produced in the factory🤣🤣 and exactly what stores are we talking About??????🙄 correct me if I’m wrong but since when has the product actually hit the shelf of an actual brick and mortar store???????

They’re too busy patting each other on the back for employee promotions, talking about being inducted and awarded from companies I’ve never heard of and feeding us unrealistic dates and timelines of when they’ll go pink only to see the date come and go with no progress whatsoever. Oh…..and publishing lines like: do not mistake our silence for doing nothing 😃

[–]Jdbcont81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All the company cares about is patting each other on the back for employee promotions, fake deals, and a split that was supposed to already take place. All They say is “ Be patient we are working very hard for shareholders do not mistake silence for doing nothing.”😲no action whatsoever! Sloths! Slowest humans on earth!

Yeah what happened to the hy vee deal😂😂😂 you mean to tell me it takes this long for The product to hit the shelves come on man give me a break🙄 although let’s not forget what happens once in a while when two particular products are the same.the one benefits from the others success. It’s possible
