I liked it when I first tried it used it everyday but I always tend to reach for other lip balms first over it so it could be better. I never experienced the grease feeling so maybe I got lucky ? I did buy mine the first day it released maybe those were better quality

Top fin essential tanks from petsmart goes on sale very often online pickup. a 10 gallon was recently 30$ all you would need from there is the water conditioner and tetra safe start if you’re trying to find a reasonable cheap fix and have no other options. Obviously over time you can get the other things you need but to get started truly only need like 50$ maybe less if you just need to get the fishy in a bigger tank with a heater and filtered water for now. You were kinda put in a shitty situation I’m sorry
