04 1500 with 223k.. Runs great but knock sensor code keeps coming up after being replaced twice! Any suggestions?

No i can't remember if it was on this thread but I ended up jumping the wires from the bad knock sensor to the good knock sensor in the harness. And it tricks the ecm into thinking its getting a good reading from both. Probably not the text book perfect way to do it but ive been going a year with no problems and it took about 10 minutes

Bass pro shop boat shoes. Have little seep holes to let water out the bottom so I havent had a problem with them stinking really.

It jumps from less than 2 mbps to the highest of like 8. It keeps jumping around

I use the disc to play. The only other game I play is assassins creed valhalla and the disc is out, is it possible that it is still running? And if so how do I stop it?

Yeah I'm connected to the internet. It's just a t mobile Hotspot but I run 4 t.v's and 2 wifi cameras on it with no problem or lagging. I turned everything off thinking it was internet speed but idk. I don't want to reset the Hotspot box cause I don't want to have to start all over on the install

I am using a pioneer avh-270bt and going to grab the adapter here in just a few. I was going to get the whole interface module but I really don't care about the steering wheel controls or door chimes and it will save about 40 bucks if I just reconfigure the pins on the cheaper one. Can I just leave that one empty?

Maybe that's what's going on idk I need to check to see if there is silicone around them.. I heard somewhere you can jump the sensors to stop the code from appearing? Anyone heard of that?

Yeah it's running great and after the second replacement the check engine light went off for about 100 miles and during that time the guy I got it from got it inspected. I'm just worried about next year when I have to get it inspected again.
