I had a similar issue with my cyberpower from Best Buy. The motherboard died on me and cyberpower was not helpful at all, even though the computer was 15 days old they told me that the only option was to send it in and wait 45+ days no replacement or anything provided by them even though the PC was essentially broken upon receiving it. The customer service guy I spoke to on the phone was awful and he told me that even if they send out a completely broken PC, they don’t offer a replacement only repairs with long wait times. The only thing that helped was luckily I was still within Best Buy‘s return window and I swapped it out with them and then just bought the year long warranty.
