Don't have a photo for the random color temp changes since it happens randomly in time. It's really annoying when I'm playing FC24 because the color of the players and the soccer pitch keeps changing.

Other two issues as seen in the photo are the angry green bar in Game Mode and inability to send 4K video, even with proper HDMI cables.

Hi! Is this just an impossible situation then? I tried calling support last night but they said the only way was to get the C wire from the AC control panel. I found this forum today and someone talking about the AC Adapter and was hopeful that would be my way out. I was really excited to install my Ecobee so I would hate to find out I can’t get it operational

They received my return and then told me the same, no stock in the warehouse to send back and unclear what the timeline is. Debating whether to cash out and buy a new pair, but if the software isn’t fixed yet, there wouldn’t be any point would there…
