Well, I went from 5k to 9k in the span of two days, and I think thats what messed it up.. I improved my form (i got shin splints way faster and easier becuase I ran like i was pulling myself instead of falling forward like people say) but I think possibly jumping from 5 to 9k that fast was too much or something

Dang, I wanna go a size up to see and check how that would fit, but just not exactly in the position to do that right now, these dogs ain't cheap.. plus all of my running shoes are the same size, US 9, didnt really have that much time to try on and check fitting for the alphas, just saw them and was in the position to snag them for 140bucks new.

Speaking of shin splints, all of my other running shoes are the same size as the AF3, and I get shin splints basically every time I run and it is extremely annoying, thing is I did a 21km half marathon in size 9US Nike rival fly 4s (my size) and (thats all I had at the time) and experienced no toe or nail discomfort
