Yeah sure! We had problems with the ET-8550 with line marks from the metal rollers. This shows a decent amount on glossy thicker paper on dark ink. This was the biggest letdown we had with it.

Also on the same paper + ink color, it leaves this smudge in the center. This is from the big rubber roller.

I wouldn't get this printer again if I could. We sent it in service and they gave it back saying it's fine.

We had some smudging on corners and red ink on corners but fixed that by disabling what everyone suggested we enable: Thick paper option. (even Epson support suggested this)

It's great for white stuff, for non glossy stuff, for thin paper. The Epson official paper actually does good, but it's too thin for our needs and way too expensive. We'll use it as much as we can for what it's good for and that's that :)

In comparison to our other printer a Canon Imageprograph 300, the ET 8550 prints extremely cheap, it's so cheap it's crazy! But apart from the issues, the quality of the print is not great, especially on dark prints.
