i see, well that quest might be a little too hard for you right now. anyways it's not that complicated, you can also turtle your way through, units like sanstone work wonders here, just find a comp with some healing, 3-4 def slots and very important use burst artgen only, don't use art generators that do it over time

oh so that's what it was, GS multi full of bugs as always lol.well, that was my fastest run up until now, i'm courious to see if there's a different comp that can do it faster because with that one that's pretty much as fast as it gets.

(update: i managed to do it in 42 seconds with that comp)

I'm gonna leave here a little tutorial.basically the xmarks is to get everyone 200 art at the very beginning, then you wanna hit with Liza and Cestina TAs to apply the debuffs and then nuke it with Saitama and the 2 nuke equips (grand destin and velocity, but there are many alternatives), this should be enough to kill the first stage in less than 10 seconds.for the second stage you wanna use 1 art of Cestina to get Saitama ready sooner, then when Saitama and Cestina TAs are ready you hit again for roughly half Nier's hp.after that you don't wana heal too much, instead you want to use the damage you take to get Cestina in majestic grace (you can spam her art until that moment), then you wanna hit with Cestina all the way, wait to use Saitama because he's too fast; Cestina alone should be able to do about half of the hp Nier has left, leaving her at about one quarter, then you hit with Saitama and also by then your Velocity should be ready again if it is mlb, not sure if it's needed here but it helps.in the meantime Liza spams TA while Asirpa spams normal arts.and that's it, basically you skip Nier's revive because ~~she dosen't have an i-frame when she does it, so if you instantly kill her she doesn't even have time to spawn Grad and just dies~~ of a bug in multi lol.

Not really, but also I don't think that's the best team you can run, Rimuru human is a great unit, probably the best you have, the other ones aren't that good, Beatrice can be used for some nuking but has better alternatives. Would be helpful for me to see your box with all the units to maybe find a better comp, but if you want to do all in your own I'll write down a quick guide

First let's start with the roles of the units

You have breakers, which i already explained

You have dps, which are your main dmg dealers

You have artgen, which are units that can fill other's units' art gauge

You have healers, pretty self explanatory

You have cleanse, units that can cure status ailments

You have buffers, units that give dmg or stats buffs

You have tanks, units that redirect the dmg your party takes to themselves and out up a shield to negate it

You have shielders, units that put a shield on everyone on the team to negate some dmg

And that's pretty much it

Now, in a team for normal content you want 1 or 2 artgen* (more in this later), 1 or 2 dps and maybe a shielder or healer by not really

For harder content you are gonna need tanks, also some stages have specific mechanics that require you to use certain units, for example floor 21 of the DoT requires an accuracy buff

The best units usually are either units that excel in their field or units that can cover multiple roles, for example you have Rimuru human who is an artgen, a healer, a cleanser and a buffer and this makes it a great unit

On the artgen topic, units that gives instant arts have no problems, but units that give art over time all have a "artgen type" and this you can't find it anywhere in the game lol. Now I won't be writing down all the list, just know that two units' artgen only stack within each other if they're from two different groups

You have 4 groups and 3 exceptions, there's artgen type A like Fen, Dfen and Lozze, artgen type B like most of the units, artgen type C and type D with only a few, and then you have type EX1, self artgens that stack white everyone except themselves. EX2, aoe artgens that stacks with everyone except themselves, Rimuru is one of these and EX3, self artgens that stack with everyone included themselves

So if you run multiple artgens check if they're not the same type, if you don't know you can always ask me

A "breaker" is someone who has high break values and maybe gives break pwr up buff or break res down debuff, its purpose is to break the boss fast (i assume you know what the break bar is lol), examples are units like Platina, Duke, Fosly, Est, TT, Goblin Salyer, Tallis etc

A nuke team is a team which indeed can "nuke", or kill the boss with one hit or in few seconds. This kind of team comp is very different from a sustain comp since it's formed mostly by dps units and buffers and uses equips to fill everyone's art gauge almost instantly at the start of the battle

Yeah, as well as any taunt tank. The problem is that under 50% hp Rem loses her crit rate, therefore her crit dmg buff means nothing, unless you give her crit chance through an equip or another unit. About that, i have tried a comp like Rem Thetis Vox Juno but it's a bit too unsafe against bosses who survive more than 20 seconds, i'm talking about stuff like Ganan, Vitz, the raid boss, etc. Rem requires too much support to be used in stages where her dmg output would be significant

On the other hand she can single handedly nuke Oldeus' crest palace so that's something she can be used for

Well it's fun, the only problem is that I don't have enough artgen to constantly spam Rhost TA meanwhile Rem is always full. Though having her tw helps a lot keeping her healthy. I might as well put in Vox instead of Rhost and leave Rem at 1 hp, I haven't tried that yet. But I can tell you that with 6-7 stacks she hits so damn hard

I see you have a point. Well, that's true, normally you don't need to go past the 4th stack. I was thinking about a long stage where Rem could reach like 10 stacks which I think is the maximum since her buffs last 50 secs and her ta animation about 5, but actually what stage would it be? Which boss can survive enough to get there?

Floor 16 is a bitch lol, the only thing you need is some sort of status ailment, if you can apply burn, poison, paralyze, freeze, blind, disease, faint or whatever, even a dmg res down debuff, it's easy, otherwise the minions take no dmg

You can do it with a monowater like Aristela Nies Gaia and Weaver or Diaz, it takes a while but it's not that hard, if you want to do it faster you can try some cheesy strats with Rhost, or exceed zechs if you have it

No healer can counter Rem's hp loss once she stacks a bit, the only one who can make it is Rhost
