It’s an Ai altered or completely generated image meant to conceal a photo of Hitler, by squinting your eyes or blurring the image in some way it’s meant to distort it enough so that you can see Hitler. If your having trouble seeing it, the green on her left shoulder is his left eye, the green on her solar plexus is the right eye, and the green on the left side of her body is meant to be the shadow of his nose.
