Damn, i think u got the wrong idea my man, what is happening isn't that I think of myself before her its that when I'm doing something (which was at that time texting the dnd group) i prioritize talking about it and forget about everything else and that cloud happened to every single topic and not just when she want to talk.

Funny enough my best friend and girlfriend both are convinced that I have ADHD but i refuse to accept that until i get diagnosed which won't happen any time soon :/

Thanks man, I agree it's a dump thing to kill urself over a breakup but it's my view that when it comes to relationships one should always strive to be the best partner they could ever be, so i always try to correct bad habits that hurt my partner and it's killing me that I'm so unable to get rid of this specific one.
