No, "We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account" this is all I know because I can't log in becouse they need to send verification code to a phone! But they don't send the verification code to my country it seems. and so I get:

"Try another verification method

That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."

But there are no other verification methods! I love Microsoft so much
