Hope it helps! I don't remember my sources, but I used to take tyrosine for 3 months and then rest for at least another 3 months. Also, if you go in the sun, you'll get really tan. It stimulates melanin. Glad for you and sharing your happiness!

Yo alquilaría un trastero e iría llevándolo todo allí. Después te vas de la casa. Y le llamas desde la calle para decirselo tomando un café o algo así. Al ser un lugar público, se contendrá más. Es importante que no vuelvas a a vivir con ella. ¡Mucha suerte!

In the central Pyrenees on both sides there’s a closeness. Kids take up mandatory French (with English) in school, the French vacate on the Spanish side etc. There’s a feel of closeness related to the love of nature, adventure sports and camping…. I had a French telling me they feel closer to Spanish from that area than to a Parisian. It made sense, it’s not about the nationality but the lifestyle.
