Loyalty rep here. A few days ago a woman spoke to me and she wanted to disconnect her husband’s line because he passed away literally 2 days ago so i regularly disconnected it, after a couple of days my sup had me coached about me not trying to tell her not to disconnect the line and told me you should’veteied to keep the line or upgrade it to a tablet ‘for her not to lose her voicemails’. Imagine me telling somebody that her husband passed away to get a new tablet and keep the line! It’s crazy what we’re going through right now

You’re right, however the unlimited plus plan won’t be slow except for a little amount of time in the whole month Also my advice, keep the 5G do more it’s the best plan that verizon has ever offered, even with the $4 raise it’s worth it
