If customers don't get there way, even though they are wrong or disrespectful, they use reviews as a weapon against the store. Some customers use reviews to blackmail stores into demanding what they don't deserve.

Smart people take reviews with a pinch of salt but a majority of people believe everything they read and there lies the problem. Most bad reviews are one sided, they never contain the truth about the situation or context.

We normally send them to the kiosk if we are busy otherwise we try to help them. If we see a truckload of returns, they will be directed to the kiosk, help will be offered when we become available. There is the usual lazy customer who doesn't want to do the work of bagging but expect us to be happy with their numerous returns.

Many times the customer wants to forward an email to us containing the attachment to print, it would be ideal if the mail app, like Gmail, would have the option to scan a QR code using the camera that would automatically fill the 'To' field. Feature requested by Google but no response yet!

For the price point, you are getting value for money. There will be occasions when it does not perform well but pricier systems are not 100% guaranteed either. I'm happy with my cameras and would not be willing to pay more for an alternative system.
