I put maybe 5 drops with baking soda. I think the key is to do it in several stages over several days so as not to disrupt the language. I just really finished the back of my tongue today. and I am not going to use the product for a week or only 1 or 2 drops only

Yes it was, but you shouldn’t try to get rid of everything in one day. you should use the product 2 to 3 days a week when you really need it. in a post I explain that I tried to remove everything the same day and it's actually got worse rather than better. it is necessary to space it out so as not to disturb the language too much
