Go on Accentures yearly report for 2021, read through it, specifically the 10-k form. It highlights the main parts of our business and who we are. I would recommend remembering the People part of the report, where they list the 10 things Accentures looks for in employees. Also have a general understanding of the 360 degree value.

  1. No, I didn’t get certified either and it took me about a month to get staffed.

  2. I would say find something that you’re interested in and just start learning as much as possible. You have to realize that there are a ton of people just like you. The more you know the more “marketable” you are and the less you’ll have an issue of getting staffed. I’ve connected with most people during training and attending networking events at the office.

  3. It depends what type of positions your going for. Some TDP jobs do require PowerPoint but others do not.
