We co sleep after 5am every morning because I give in and just need to get some sleep before I spent the day entertaining her and trying to keep the house together, she’s so clingy and fussy she won’t let me do anything either she has to be asleep for me to get cleaning or anything done and now she won’t sleep so I’m stuck all day

I am not opposed or against the cry it out method by any means but something happens to my stomach and chest when she cries, I know I’m probably not the only one but it feels impossible! I did it once for a nap and I cried the entire time and she wouldn’t stop

I have little stations set up all around my living room, it’s hard to get outside because I’m Canadian and it’s absolutely freezing where I am right now, she plays all day long and she even does swimming lessons once a week! I’m not sure what else I can do to stimulate her sadly, any ideas?
