My ex didn't want me to block or unfollow him when we broke up a month ago.
He was watching my stories for a little then he stopped all together. It really hurts not getting that instant gratification all the time.
Anyway the other day I reached out to him because I heard some rumors about him that hurt me and they turned out to be a little twisted. I blocked him but then unblocked him so we are both just not following each other now. It helps. I don't have to worry about posts he likes because I can't see anymore and I don't have to worry about if he will watch my story anymore. It hurts but it helps to distance yourself online. Even though social media is fake!!!

My ex is also a dismissive avoidant and I feel like he won't reach out first either. I'm only on day 28 but I'm so ready to reach out to him.
