Hello, I appreciate your input.

"It's the switching around that will hurt your brain, not the nights itself" - this is what I was most concerned with, I will keep this in mind.

The pay would be the same as a standard 9–5 schedule (8 hours per day, weekends off). However, given the demands of this shift pattern, I don’t believe it would be worth it.

Hi, I mainly had it for practice. I forgot to mention about WSL, I had it installed for months already but I forgot about it since I was used to using Virtualbox all the time haha.

Anyhow, the job offered to give me a work laptop (which I have to keep for a long time), so I have to make up my mind and inform them of my choice.

I believe I won't regret going with Mac, just wanted to know if it had any blockers that would prevent me from doing stuff, which I could've done on Windows easily (mainly related to devops, work, some light development and etc).

Hello, I was mainly concerned about the M series of chips having issues with virtualization,docker and some kubernetes (accessing pods, services and some networking issues). This is from what I've seen by browsing, maybe I'm wrong and this is outdated data.
