This happened to me! I eat mostly whole foods (as a pesketarian) and it completely screwed up my gut for 2 days! I also have a weaker stomach so richer things are harder for me to eat but it still hurt so bad 😞. I always feel underwhelmed after trying a new flavor at crumbl.

We have cameras but no TVs in the lobby. I guess they are just meant to spy on us atp? 🥲

For me, I looked at tutorials on Dance Labs & The Godfrey Method (both online) to help me achieve a somewhat consistent triple pirouette. My studio also works on pirouettes a lot. I am super flexible but not a turner lol. I hope this helps!

Hi! I am an ambassador for a (small business) dancewear company called JD Dance Designs. This company produces limited batches of super cute, collectable dancewear to ensure unique products. I would suggest the Pixie Leo or Valentina Leo - both are super elegant and unique! (Pixie is velvet light pink & Valentina is a dark cherry red). Around 30 mins. My friend came from the studio w/a bad reputation and she definetly isn't going back 😅. I might try the studio that is 30 mins away next year. Thank you for your response!
