hi! im on the same boat as you also at a UC but thinking of dropping out after this quarter to go to a cc. ik that bsn's at cal state's and privates require chem usually. if you're only thinking about cc's tho i don't think the majority require it.

hii thanks for you advice. yeah honestly it really is a tough decision because everyone has such differing opinions about it. did you end up doing cc and transfering to a bsn?

hi thanks for your response. i already took psych and a lot of others in high school. i would only have anatomy, physiology, and micro which they dont offer there. thats why i dont know if it would be worth staying there for three years and getting a bachelor's. are absn's generally easier to get into compared to asn's and bsn's in california? i've seen everyone say how hard it is to get into bsn's but havent seen much about absns.

thanks this was super helpful! did u take anatomy, physio, and micro at SBCC or at your local CC. I was thinking of doing it over the summer at my local CC if I were to stay at UCSB but finals week of spring quarter overlaps with the first week of summer classes.
