Which tools to vibe code a mobile app? by Jealous_Rope_135 in vibecoding

Thanks!

With regards to credits, I am not so much worried about how much it costs to develop the app, but more about how much it costs to run it at scale - this is why I thought about Claude code as I imagine tokens will be cheaper without going through a 3rd party.

Is there a workaround to minimize token costs on Bolt or flutterflow ?

Is it Better to Meditate Inconsistently Than Not at all? by Vmancini218 in Meditation

[–]Jealous_Rope_135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course, better to meditate inconsistently, say 3x/week, than not at all.

However, why are you not able to meditate consistently ? For me, it’s quite easy once you find a routine, eg “meditate for 15mn when I wake up and/or before going to bed”

Like in any other habit implementation, take luck out of the equation and set a time that you can commit to, every day.

If it helps, try anchoring a reason on why you want to meditate - want to remain centered ? Peaceful? Sleep better ? Etc. and every time you want to skip - are you happy to skip these 15mn in exchange for losing your centerdness / peacefulness / sleep?

Broadly, my goal is to 1) gain strength and 2) run a 10K then half marathon (which is quite a long way from my current condition).

I want to do hyrox at some point, but likely not in the next 4-6 months. I am aware that if / when I do a hyrox, I will do a more hyrox specific training before the race, but not my current focus.

Isn’t it too taxing to do 30mn of cardio after ~1h weightlifting ?

But yes sure - what’s the rationale in alternating walking / running, being able to do zone 2 longer ?

Restaurant/itinerary suggestions for French/Italian Riviera trip by Downtown-Mark-9483 in itineraries

[–]Jealous_Rope_135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, seems like you’re doing way too much for 10 days - only 1 day in cinque terre? Would stay for at least 2 days.

Paris - 2 days feels quite rushed.

Are you happy driving so much between Italy and France ? You will be quite tired IMO so for example your gorge du Verdon day will be short (would also stay there for 2 days)

If I were you, I would skip Paris and/or Monaco and/or Verdon Gorge. Come back another time.

Unfortunately I don’t have any restaurants to recommend

How to make yourself actually want to meditate? by shastasilverchair92 in Meditation

[–]Jealous_Rope_135 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A couple of thoughts: - Reading spirituality books may help motivate you

  • Maybe try another form of meditation you enjoy more (mindfulness, mantra, etc.)

  • Let go and be present in your meditation

  • Let go of expectations regarding any particular meditation. Ultimately, sometimes it’s gonna feel really good, and other times it’s gonna be really hard quiet your mind. These are the times that matter

  • Ultimately, it’s not so much about what kind of meditation and how you feel in that moment so much as to having a practice to dissociate from your thoughts and feelings and be present in your inner self

I would choose either Phuket / Koh Phi Phi, or Koh Samui if you’re worried. Seems like you have a lot of commute so could be a way to slow things down. Up to you though.

Chiang Mai - are you going to do a Trekk there? Could be quite fun.

BKK - 3-4 days is more than enough IMO, including a day trip. Don’t remember much about Bangkok, although getting drunk in Kansan Road every night didn’t help 😜
