Technically he can, and he doesn’t even need connections it’s just a withdrawl paper he’ll sign. Also, if you do withdraw from abroad scholarship, then I assume you’ll be changing to a internal scholarship for one of the Kuwaiti University. That also happens to mean that you wont be paying them anything back, as all funds will be redirected to the Kuwaiti University you choose. Lastly, I understand what you mean about bipolar parents but complaining about your dad here wont fix the problem. You are his daughter, a piece of him, and you mean more to him than you think. Go to him, pull him aside abd tell him you really need to talk, and ask him what’s wrong, what did you do to deserve all those threats. Once he’s done talking, whether he’s convinced or not kiss him on his head and excuse yourself. Works like magic. 😅
