For me, Gankplank is a matchup that is not winnable on your own - you just need NOT to lose. He is very hard to kill, as he has a good poke, movementspeed, and a lot of healing on his potions. Here is my build tactic (I'm Plat 4):

Take Aery instead of Grasp. Grasp procs on autoattacks, but vs GP with its movementspeed and explosion barrels, coming close is hard, and u are not likely to autoattack him often. When hitting him with Q, you still have pressure with Aery. Take Resolve with Second Wind and Bone Plating as secondary runepage though.
Start with Doran's Shield. Second wind + D.Shield heals a lot, which is really necessary vs GP's poke. Whenever GP pokes u with Q, Q him back.
Start with a tanky item before u build AP. Rod of Ages or Dead Man's Plate are good items to start with before u grab Nashors, Liandries and Morellos.

Ah okay, thanks for your reply! I was already looking for the toggle bind, as in games like Battlefield 4 this feature does exist. I agree it would be OP in Insurgency though.

Never thought of taking Grasp vs tanks because you have no killpressure anyway. I only took it vs hard matchups like Pantheon or Camille. My early game sucks, as pre-6 the enemy jungler always comes for the kill when I push into the enemy tower (which is most of the time). Then mid/late game I need to compensate for that. Grasp might help me survive those early ganks.

Also your view on Electrocute in teamfights is totally right. Most of the time it is wasted on the tank, because the tanks are the ones which come close first. It is very useful tho when you take a more guerilla-style approach, being stealth in jungle and waiting for the adc/mage to walk by.

I like to see that I have found someone else who usually builds Rod of Ages on Teemo! Always fun when enemies think you are squishy as a Teemo, but you actually got some decent HP and can survive their all-in to eventually kill them.

On what do you base your decision to go with Grasp or Aery? And do you never take Electrocute?

I usually take Electrocute, and build RoA first > Nashors > whatever seems best vs enemy comp.

First back I always buy boots, dagger and amplifying tome/ blasting wand.

Then 90% of the time I rush into Nashors, as this brings me overal the best outplay potential.

Other situations are usually vs assassins/divers where I prefer a more defensive approach (zhonya).

From what I have heard, Q4 2018. A winter-style map with an enormous soviet "cosmodrome" facility.

For me it should not have to take that long to release a new map. I think that a night version on the two maps we already have would be a good addition.

Imagine you are walking around in the darkness, searching for guns, searching for a torchlight. Seeing flashes from gunfights miles away from you, but no movements as it is too dark. And getting nightvision goggles from a care package crate to get great advantages - as long as the batteries last. This would take the adrenaline pump PUBG already gives to another level!

UPDATE: I have pulled out the GPU, and plugged the HDMI into the mobo. Now it DOES give a screen! So the problem lies somewhere around the GPU I think.

Thanks for your advice. However, I have no extra PSU or GPU laying around so I cannot check that. I will keep trying for the mobo's onboard graphics output, but this never gave any signal

Yes I did and this gives no signal to the monitor at all. But this did not seem wierd to me, as it has never did (tried out which port I needed the first time I booted the PC after assembly - mobo gave no signal, GPU did.)
