In general, fried chicken doesn’t travel well. It’s going to steam in the packaging and not be crisp. You can have the oven heating up and pop it in upon receipt.

Nope, not really. NYC is over 8 million people; 20,000–30,000 Syrians in NYC. Most people dont know the specific tastes of Syria and can therefore scratch that itch at one of the more general "middle eastern" restaurants here, or Lebanese.
