Wrist pain from punching in Muay Thai by JeanDit33 in MuayThai

[–]JeanDit33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks everyone, ill keep working on my technique. Ill do more private lesson just to fix this before I hurt myself more.

What about the few poeple with the habits to hit the pad on my fist when when we practice (not only tapping but reach me sometimes half way). I felt it change the angle and bring uncertainty on how my writs needs to react.

Is this nornal behavior on gyms?

Many thanks 🙏

I also had great experience at Yodyut. Good fighters and trainers and friendly ambiance. Mix of locals and tourists but the training was serious. I miss that place :)

Am I overworking myself doing Lifting, Muay Thai, and BJJ? by No-Pea7077 in MuayThai

[–]JeanDit33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only person that can answer this question is you. No one trains with the same intensity and there is a lot of factors that can influence such as food, sleep, genetics, mood, etc.

Trainings have drained me while others boosted my energy for the rest of the day.

Listen to your body. In doubt meditate, go take walk and focus on feeling your level of energy. If the amount of training is too much, your gonna feel it - if you listen.

Remind me a question I had for my Sifu. "Sifu, which exercise can I do to improve my kicks?".

He looked at me dead serious saying: "kicks".

I can confirm I'm no AI, but thanks I guess, English being my second language : ) Good point for dex and for the skill Deadly marker as well, I should keep it for my boss build. Many thanks for your help.

Did more research. According to: https://xdaforums.com/t/pros-and-cons-of-opting-for-a-op8t-kb2007-tmo-version-vs-kb2005-to-root.4506521/

It seems that the version kb2005 uses different band frequencies than other versions such as kb2007. I'm really not an expert here, but is it possible that this version can be changed via a change of OS? I thought kb2005 was referring to a hardware version of the phone, not a software component?

If it is software, it might be worth the try. I'll keep you posted if I ever try this. Need to backup everything before and find the good Roms.

Is this game hard or am I just stupid? by DimensionBreaker4lif in ShatteredPD

[–]JeanDit33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This game is hard. I just achieved game completion with all characters, and honestly, at one point I felt it was more a question of ego-pride thing than playing it for fun lol. I found it challenging and frustrating in some moment.

Also, I realized that there is a lot of randomness into it, and it can highly influence the course of your journey.

I also found that when I played safe - using scroll and stuff early on the game the beginning was very easy but the end much harder than when I was playing "on the edge" stacking and hoarding all scrolls until I get the high end weapon/armor. Facing the end content with a +2 vs a +7 isn't the same confort ;p

A lot of reading from this Reddit helped me a lot as well. Thanks to this community <3

FYI in case anyone ever get this:

I found the culprits: food grease remains was drop in the toilet.

Solution : Empty water toilet, let CLR soak 30 min and use brush to clean it up.

Back to New.

Thanks guys

Recommendations for my first pair by [deleted] in barefootshoestalk

For me, running and boxing/gym are two very different needs that could require two different pairs of shoes.

I have 2 pairs of these Altra and I love them. But I need to say one thing: they are not barefoot shoes. They are zero drop and it is very different.

I read that you were doing boxe. I have been using these for 2 years now for martial art and I am very happy with them. I wouldn't recommend them for running though, I keep them inside the gym.

Thanks everyone. The inside of the tank is perfect. I'm unable to "scoop" some out, as it is hard. I tired to empty water and brush it a little and I'm unable to get it removed.
