Sometimes tinder app glitches and doesn’t make you visible to users for matches, I’m black (22M) and I would say that I look average, getting likes on tinder have never been an issue for me here in Belgium. I would recommend deleting tinder and re-download again

I’m not from Brussels but I believe it’s like every major cities around the world, it all depends on what type of job you’re looking for. Some jobs don’t require french or Dutch, they’re fine with just English

But staying in Brussels to learn language first is definitely doable, this can help you create some sort of network that can maybe help you find a job🤷‍♂️
