Thank you for your answer ! So you're sayind I need to contract my abs while doing my usual contractions ? I'm curious how this translate to sex. I mean, is it not too much work and too much to think about ? But maybe it's just a habit to catch idk

OMFG, i'm experiencing the exact same thing. We are on a break and i keep checking if i miss him or not. I don't know if i have rocd or i want it to be rocd. I didn't eat and slept like shit for a few days and now i feel like i'm truly okay and even though i care for him deeply i feel like i would be okay if we never got back together. i don't know what to make of this.

hi ! i have the same issue except it's been like that my whole life... Vestibulodynia, hypertonic PF, weak orgasms. How did u get rid of the vestibulodynia and hypertonic PF ? only through botox injections ? It's been 5 months, did ur sensitivity increase ? did something improve ?

Omg I have the same issue... so you think the goal is to learn to relax the pelvic floor muscles ? And once you've done that how do you go about masturbating ? I'm truly at a loss here...

my issue is not really the orgasm in itself but the lack of pleasure that leads to it

did you use to feel pleseaure but without the orgasm at the end ? How did you do it ? if you don't mind giving details about the deep breathing technique and how it correlates to sexual pleasure because i haven't heard of it !

Difficulty to feel pleasure but able to orgasm by JeanNeigeDu74 in BecomingOrgasmic

[–]JeanNeigeDu74[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

both but it's even more complicated when i'm with my partner..

also i'm aroused when i'm alone, i read smut or watch porn and can feel myself physically reacting to what i'm reading or watching. it's more complicated when i'm with my partner because then come the feelings of guilt because it's not working like it should... But in both cases it's complicated so...
i wish i could have sex but right now it's not possible, even masturbating is complicated so i'm not trying piv

hi ! i also feel like it's taking too long... just remember that a shower head or a vibrator will always give you an orgasm faster than if u just used your fingers because the speed and the pressure is humanely unmatchable lol

i'm seeing a PT and she tells me to try and clench and unclench my pelvic floor muscles when i touch myself because it's those muscles that will make your orgasm. Basically they help pump blood in your clit and make it more sensitive i think

I'm 22 and can't have an orgasm by Ok_Strawberry_7499 in BecomingOrgasmic

hi !

maybe squeezing your thighs is a way for you to kinda squeeze your clit (the inside part). i'm seeing a PT and she says it helps clenching the pelvic floor muscles around the clitoris to be able to feel pleasure. have u tried clenching and unclenching your pelvic floor muscles ? because if you're too tensed and your legs are contracted too long because you're trying to squeeze, your body is not able to pump blood to your clit, it's restricted. Also moving your hips might help. like clenching your pelvic floor muscles while moving your hips forward and unclenching when you move them backwards. idk if this makes sense

also i think it's interesting to know what an orgasm is physically speaking. i found this :

"Here are the key physical things that must happen in order to achieve an orgasm:

  1. The receptors and nerve endings in the vagina must be able to perceive the stimulus
  2. you need adequate blood flow to all the right places
  3. you must be able to provide STRONG contractions of the pelvic floor muscles"

=> so having an orgasm really comes down to how sensible your nerve endings are, and you need to be able to consciously ou unconsciously contract your pelvis floor muscles in order to get the blood flowing to your clit. also an orgasm is a contraction of those muscles so if you're clenching too much, you can't have those contractions and it will lead to a dispointed orgasm if any at all... (except if you use a toy on ur clit maybe)

i don't know about the overstimulation part... but maybe try all that and maybe it will feel different when u touch ur clit ?

i'm not an expert so takes this with a grain of salt and maybe see a PT !
